These characteristics are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the particles of the cleaning agent and the steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaning agent combined with a microfiber cloth.
