What significance does the gas injection molding process have for our Rio chairs?

In the injection molding process, plastic products are produced with a very smooth and therefore finished surface and very high strength and resistance. This positively affects the stability and durability and thus the quality and price of our Rio chairs.
An even lighter weight is additionally achieved through the gas injection technique, where nitrogen is injected into the mold, creating a hollow core shape, achieving high stability despite low material consumption.
